摘要
对不同冷藏时间的木荷种子进行发芽试验,结果表明:低温冷藏9个月、20个月的种子发芽率分别比新鲜种子下降4.1和9.4个百分点,t检验结果为不同冷藏时间的木荷种子发芽率差异极显著。木荷种子的发芽率随冷藏时间按每月0.46%~0.47%的幅度下降。说明延长冷藏时间对木荷种子的发芽有显著的影响。
Germination tests of seeds of Schima superba with different cold preservation time were conducted. Results showed that germination rate of seeds with 9 and 20 months with lowtemperature storage decreased 4. 1% and 9.4% than germination rate of fresh seeds. The results of T Examination was that the germination rate of seeds of Schima superba with different cold preservation had significant differences . The germination rate of seeds of Schima superba decreased at the range of 0.46% - 0.47% monthly with cold preservation. It illustrates that extending cold preservation had significant influence on germination of seeds of Sehima superba.
