摘要
应用本实验室研制的抗脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和抗玉米赤霉烯酮单克隆抗体建立的竞争间接ELISA方法对江西省部分猪场的45份猪全价饲料中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和玉米赤霉烯酮的含量进行了检测,结果67%样品的玉米赤霉烯酮含量大于100 ng/g,4份样品中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的含量超过国家限量标准100 ng/g。
A competitive indirect ELISA with anti - DON and anti -ZEN McAb for detecting the mycotoxin deoxynivalenol and zearalenone in feedstuffs was developed. Using the competitive indirect ELISA methods to detect DON and ZEN in 45 samples of swine feedstuffs from Jiangxi Province, 67 percent samples＇ ZEN were higher than 100 ng/g, 4 samples＇ DON were higher than 100 ng/g.
