摘要
研究采用BSG去壁低渗法,对采集于云南省昭通市昭阳区的半夏(Pinellia ternata)进行染色体观察。研究结果表明:除本研究报道的半夏染色体数目2n=78与文献报道一致外,该地区的半夏还存在2n=66为本研究首次报道,同时分析讨论了不同居群半夏染色体倍性及数目多样性的关系。
In this study, the method of BGS was applied in the chromosomal observation of Pinellia ternata from the Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. The chromosome number of 2n = 66 was observed, which is reported here for the first time besides the number of 2n = 78, which has been reported. In addition,the chromosome variation of Pinellia ternata is discussed in this paper.
