手工显微切割技术在分子病理学研究中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较手工显微切割技术和激光捕获显微切割技术对多成分组织切片进行特异性的同质细胞的分离,进而为下一步的分子生物学研究提供纯净的目标细胞。方法用PCR和放射自显影法分析PCR产物。结果手工显微切割技术和激光捕获显微切割技术分离的组织细胞的LOH无明显区别。结论手工显微切割技术具有简单快速、经济实惠、操作方便等特点,目前在我国基层实验室具有较高的使用意义。
