倍频532激光光凝治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变

Doubled frequency laser with a wavelength of 532nm in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy

目的 研究倍频532激光光凝治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床效果。方法 将113例经眼底荧光造影确诊有明显荧光渗满点的中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者分为两组。治疗组63例68眼，使用BVI倍频532激光光凝治疗；对照组50例50眼使用常规药物治疗。治疗后随访6～12个月，对比分析其疗效。结果 在治疗1～8周时，治疗组的视力提高、眼底水肿吸收及视物变形好转方面均优于对照组（P〈0．01）；复发率也明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论 倍频532激光光凝治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变，疗效确切，复发率低。

Objective To analyze the clinical results of doubled frequency laser with a wavelength of 532 nm in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy （CSCR）. Methods 113 patients with CSCR were enrolled in the study. The fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） showed leakage in all the selected patients. The enrolled patients were allocated to a therapeutic group （63 cases for 68 eyes） and a control group （50 cases for 50 eyes）. The therapeutic group received BVI double frequency laser （532nm） photocoagulation treatment and the control group received the traditional drug treatment. At the 6--12 months follow- up after treatment, a comparative analysis of the clinical collected data was performed. Results During the first 8 weeks within treatment, in the therapeutic group, the patients＇ vision, fundus edema absorption and the visual distortion had been improved, in comparison to the control group, there were statistical significances of difference （all the values of P 〈 0.01）. Lower reoccurrence was also found in the therapeutic group （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Doubled frequency laser 532nm is validated with low reoccurrence in treatment of CSCR.
