Analysis of Characteristic for Network Simulation and Application Software

本文主要阐述了网络仿真技术的思想及特点，结合不同应用环境，对当前几种仿真软件OPNET、NS2等进行性能对比与分析，从不同的层次总结它们的特点，以此对研究者起到一定的导向作用。

In this paper, we expound main principal and characteristic of network simulator techniques. We make performance compare and analysis between Opnet and NS2 etc, combining different application environment, and summarize some specialties according as different layers. Therefore, this paper makes a direction for the researchers.
