煤矿事故风险产生的根本原因是井下存在各种危险源,危险源的失控导致事故及经济损失。分析了煤矿重大危险源与事故风险,提出了煤矿危险性概率指数和风险权系数,并给定了参考值和计算公式。通过预测事故经济损失和人员伤亡,确定生产矿井的危险性类别和生产单元的危险性分级。

There are many hazards so that accident risk exists in coal mines.The hazards without control will result in accidents and loss of money.This paper analyzed the major hazards and accident risks.The risk index and power coefficient were presented and referenced value and formula were defined.The risk of classification of colliery and grade of operation unit was calculated with prediction of lost money and human casualty in accidents.
