柔版印刷前景广阔——DRUPA95观后感

An overview of flexo presses on DRUPA95

DRUPA’95国际印刷与纸张展览会显示出,胶印目前仍是占主导地位的一种印刷方式。尽管如此,柔版印刷、丝网印刷、凹版印刷、喷墨印刷等也不甘示弱,并不断发展,特别是柔版印刷已日益成为包装印刷的主流。笔者有机会参观了DRUPA’95,对柔版印刷技术、设备及器材的发展有了进一步的了解。本文主要是介绍一下DRUPA’95展出的柔印机,并对我国柔版印刷的发展提出一些意见和建议。

This is an overview about flexo printing presses on DRU-PA95.The report is written by Ni Haijuan.She visited DRUPA95 in 1995.Flexographic printing has now been widely used in package printing industry.Over 30 exhibitors demonstrated wide-web and narrow-web flexo printing presses on DRUPA95.With the development of plate,anilox roller,water-based inks and printing materials,with short makeready and changover times contribute to high productivity and flexibility,flexo presses will allow printers to take advantages of new opportunities in the market for high quality short-run and medium printed jobs.The author also offer proposals for developing flexo printing in China.
