摘要
本文是在前文~(1)基础上对环锭纺极限气圈与气圈稳定性理论作进一步的研究,给出了气圈方程的椭圆积分解,用一系列曲线图来表示纱线张力与气圈形态之间的相互关系,并与正弦近似解进行了对比,结果表示在常用情况下两种解相当接近;最后又对气圈控制环进行了理论分析,也以一系列曲线图形式给出其合理的安装高度及其对降低T_0/ω~2)值所能带来的明显效果。
Following previous work (1) , this paper deals further with the theory of limiting balloon and the balloon stability in ring spinning. It gives a series of graphs showing the mutual relationship between the yarn tension and the balloon configuration expressed in elliptic integrals, which, however, differ not very much from the results based on simpler sine approximations. Finally it also deals with the theoretical analysis of balloon control ring, with its advantageous effect in reducing the value of T0 / ω2, expressed both in analytical and also in graphical forms.
