摘要
本文在明确定义企业文化的三个层次的基础上,着重探讨了企业文化的外延——企业表征文化的内容和在企业活动中的作用,并从社会和经济改革发展的角度,分析了我国企业表征文化发展的必然性和意义,说明了CI、CVS与表征文化的关系。
Based on the definition of Corporation Culture hierarchy, this paper focuses on the augmented culture, its contents and role played in the enterprise operation. The development and significant importance of augmented culture in our social and economic reform progress are analysed, and the relationship between Corporate Identity, Commercial Visual System and Augmented Culture is also clarified.
