摘要
文章在对我国林木种苗业现状和存在问题分析的基础上，指出我国林木种苗业在生产的社会化、市场需求的多元化、国家政策的引导和市场经济运行规律的作用下，走产业化发展道路的必然趋势。同时系统地分析了产业化发展对策的四个体系。即生产供应体系、行政执法和质量监督检验体系、科技创新和新技术推广体系以及社会化服务体系。
Based on the analysis of present situation and existing problems of seedling industry in China, the paper indicates that seedling industrialization is an inevitable means as a result of socialization of its production, multiple market demand, lead of national policy and market economy rule. Also, the of four systerm, that is production supply system, law execution and quality control system, science ＆ technology innovation and its generalization system and socialization of service system are analyzed respectively and systematically.
