摘要
本文对“液态法”白酒的兴起背景、研究过程和存在的问题等进行了客观的阐述,并对于洒精改制白酒的工作提出了中肯的建议。酿酒行业如何进一步贯彻“四个转变”的方针,调整产业结构,节约粮耗,生产价廉物美、适销对路的酒类饮品,这个问题值得深入展开讨论。
