摘要
在总结元器件可靠性增长工作经验的基础上,通过比较、分析可靠性增长寿命试验的前后结果和现场可靠性数据,提供了评估元器件可靠性增长效果的实用方法。应用GJB/Z299B《电子设备可靠性预计手册》中各类元器件基本失效率随工作应力变化的关系,评估增长后在使用状态下的可靠性水平,为评估可靠性增长开拓了便捷的途径。文中以实例说明评估方法,以具体数据体现增长效果。
Based on the author's experiences, a pratical method for evaluating component reliability growth was presented by comparing and analyzing the results before and after reliability growth life test and the field reliability data. Using the basic failure rates of various components depending on operational stresses in GJB/Z 299 B to evaluate the componets' reliabiliy levels in operating cooditions provides a convenieut way to evaluate reliability grouth. The proposed method was illustrated with a practical example.
