摘要
论文提出了一种基于B样条的医学图像快速弹性配准方法。该方法在原有方法的基础上引入“分块计算,部分更新”的策略来提高运行速度。实验结果表明,论文方法与原有方法相比,配准效果相似,但配准速度却显著提高,因此是一种实用的弹性配准方法。
Based on an existing method that adopts a deformation model described by B-splines,this paper presents a fast elastic image registration method.The proposed method is much faster than the original one by introducing in a "block computing and locally updating" strategy.Experimental results have shown that the proposed method is practical in that it is fast while yielding good registration of multi-modality medical images.
