The Aberration of Holographic Grating Analysis

分析用传统的马赫-曾德干涉光路拍摄全息光栅时所得光栅质量不高的原因.对全息光栅的拍摄光路提出了改进方法,并对光栅的像差进行分析和理论推导.

Analysis is first given to the cause of poor holographic grating with traditional Mach-Zehnder interference optical path, then the author proposes a new method to improve shoot optical path of holographic grating, along with some theoretic deviation and investigation on aberration of grating presented in the end of this article.
