随着小城镇的不断发展,其环境质量有日益恶化的趋势。而小城镇环境保护规划的编制是进行小城镇环境综合整治的基础,将直接影响到小城镇能否健康协调发展。文中根据多年的工作经验,指出小城镇环境保护规划的程序和主要内容,提出小城镇环境保护规划的方法,并结合工作的实践,提出了在小城镇环境保护规划中应注意的几个问题。

With the development of small-sized town＇s scale and economy, environment quality in small-sized town＇s showed a tendency to depravity day by day. Because laying the plan for environment protection belong to a part of basic work for general planning, as well as a rational environment planning will speed up local economy and urban development. Upon that based on the author＇s hands on background, some outlines and main contents as well as knowhows for environment planning were presented.
