结合石蜡加氢生产情况,从改善原材料质量、调整工艺参数、做好催化剂预硫化、灯油冲洗、调节白土加入量等方面来阐述优化操作,降低催化剂耗量的经验及污染防治对策。

According to the working order of the process of hydrogenating raffination, some rational countermeasures for optimizing operational management were discussed from the aspects of row materials, parameters, procuring of activators, flushing of kerosene, adjustment of add-on of terra alba and so on. As such some countermeasures against squandering of agents and contamination from mentioned .process were also put forward.
