刈割时间与加工方法对柠条营养价值的影响

Effect of Cutting Period and Processing Method on the Value of Caragana Korshinskii

采集开花期、结实期和往年生结实期柠条,分别揉碎、切碎和粉碎。用3只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管绵羊测定柠条消化率和瘤胃降解率。用81只大尾寒羊,按随机区组设计分为9组,进行饲养试验。结果表明:结实期柠条粗蛋白含量高达16.16%,较开花期高14.29%,较往年生老枝高93.76(%P<0.01);中性洗涤纤维含量46.08%,较开花期低38.30%,较往年生老枝低55.88%;结实期揉碎柠条养分有效降解率、消化率、采食率、日增重等指标明显优于其他处理(P<0.01),说明以结实期刈割当年生柠条、揉碎加工饲用价值最好。
