摘要
目的:研制适合医用诊断X线机的能谱测量系统,利用该系统研究不同附加滤过板对线质的影响。材料与方法:利用计算机和单道控制器控制已有的单元电路,线性放大器、能量甄别器对输入脉冲幅度扫描实现能谱测量,所测得的谱线面积代表射线强度,因此分析不同滤过下测得的谱线面积可找出对应某一管电压下的最佳滤过。结果与结论:所研制的能谱测量系统可由微机控制自动完成数据采集、分析、显示。对70KV_p测量结果表明:2.0mmAl滤过为最佳值。
In order to meet the requirement of Qulity Control in X-ray diagnosis,we developeda X-ray spectrum measurement system,and investigated the relationship between additional filters andbeam quility with this system.The pulses generated in detector are amplified、analysed and displayed byamplifier and window amplifier automatieally controlled by computer,The areas of the measured chartsrepresent the intensity of X-ray beam of different filters,It is indicated that the system we developedcan sample ,analyses and display the information about the energy of X-ray photons automatically.For70KVpX-ray,2.0mmAl is the optium filter.
