摘要
简介固体灵芝精的提取加工工艺和固体灵芝精氨基酸的测定方法。采用日立-835-54型氨基酸分析仪,对泰山产和其他地区产赤灵芝制得的固体灵芝精进行了氨基酸对比分析。测定结果证实,固体灵芝精中含有17种氨基酸,其中天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸含量最高;苏氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、脯氨酸次之;胱氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、酪氨酸含量最低。
This paper reports extract processing method of the solid ganoderma lucidum(leyss.ex. Fr)karst extract and the analysis on the amino acids in the product,by HITACHI-835-54 aminoacids automatic analyzer,the amino acids in the product were quantitatively analysed,the result showedthat there were 17 kinds of amino acids.Among them,the content of aspartate,glutamate l alaninel,va-line,methionine is the highest,the content of the threonine,serine,glycine,leucine,isoleucine,phenylala-nine,lysine,proline,is the second,and the content of the cystine,histidine,arginine,tyrosine is the low-est.Among them,only 7 kinds of amino acids are necessary amino acid.
