青、老年小鼠体外血栓的比较及左归饮加减对体外血栓的影响

THE COMPARISON OF THE ARTIFICIAL THROMBI BETWEEN YOUNG MICE AND OLD MICE AND THE AFFECT OF ZUOGUI YIN ON THE ARTIFICIAL THROMBI IN OLD MICE

昆明种小鼠３２只，其中老年鼠２４只（１８～２４个月）分成Ａ、Ｂ两组；青年鼠（３～４个月）８只为Ｃ组。Ａ组小鼠饮用左归饮加减的常规汤剂７５天后，各组小鼠均取血１ｍｌ，以国产ＤＪＨ型单环血栓仪进行体外血栓监测。结果：Ａ、Ｂ两组体外血栓的长度和重量明显高于青年组（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ａ组低于Ｂ组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。实验结果表明，小鼠的体外血栓随增龄而增长和增重，证明左归饮加减而成的汤剂有明显改善血液循环的作用。

Thirty一two mice of Kunming species were studied.Of all the mice,24 are old(18～24 months)and were divided into group A and B;8(3～4months)young as group C,The mice in group Adrank tranditionaI Chinese medcine modified Zuogui Yin that was decocted.After 75 days,the blood(1ml)of every group was taken and examined with type DJH thrombi instrument respectively. The re-sults showed that the length and weight of the artificial thrombi of group A and B was obviously longerand heavier than those of group C(P<0.01),and that of group A was less than group B(P<0.05).Soit is seen that the length and weight of artificial thrombi increase with age,and the function of blood cir-culation system can be improved by tranditional Chinese medicine modified Zuogui Yin.
