论思想政治理论教育和创新型人才品格教育的关系

Ideological-political education and character innovative cultivation

本文分析了当前高校创新教育中存在着忽视创新型人才品格(下称创新品格)教育的一些认识误区,这些误区也是高校思想政治理论教育中的盲区。提出了全面认识创新型人才品格的构成要素及其思想政治理论底蕴,正确把握创新型人才品格教育和高校思想政治理论教育之间的关系,是新时期高校思想政治理论教育工作增强针对性、实效性的重要思想前提。

It is not proper to separate innovative character cultivation from ideological-political education. It is so just because there is shortage of rational thinking, that is, no idea about the significance of personal quality education, and no idea about the relatedness between the general ethic and the work ethic. Actually, character innovative cultivation is closely related with ideological-political education. Things like healthy personality, pioneering methods, generalization from a few facts, having fun of competition or hardship are all contained character innovative cultivation. As a bigger idea, ideological-political education should let off more room for character innovative cultivation to develop. The further development of character innovative cultivation should be made in the way of holding the latest idea of socialist ＂ eight shoulds and shouldn＇ts, ＂ carrying out all-round improvement of students＂ personal quality, and teacher getting updated ahead of students.
