蚌埠市9050例妇科就诊者阴道滴虫合并淋球菌感染情况调查

Investigation on the infection with Trichomonas vaginalis combining with Neisseria gqnqrrhoeae in women in Bengbu city.

目的了解蚌埠市妇幼保健院妇科就诊者的阴道滴虫的感染情况,并对合并感染淋球菌的情况进行分析。方法采用生理盐水直接涂片法,并同时涂片行革兰氏染色,观察记录分泌物性状。结果受检9050人中,阴道滴虫阳性人数为403人,感染率为4.45%,合并淋球菌感染者为181人,占阴道滴虫感染者的44.9%。结论淋球菌感染与阴道滴虫感染有一定的相关关系。

Objective To investigate the status on the infection with Trichomonas vaginalis combining with Neisseria gqnqrrhoeae in women examined in Bengbu Maternal and Child Health Protection Center. Methods Method of direct saline smear and Gram＇s stain were used for all vaginal secretions examined, and the property of the secretions were investigeted. Results Among 9 050 women examined, 403 were found to be Trichomonas vaginalis positive with infection rate of 4.45%. In 403 cases,181 cases existed simultaneously infection with Neisseria gqnqrrhoeae, and with the infection rate of 44.9% in cases infected with Trichomonas vaginalis. Conclusion There is closely interrelation between infections with Trichomonas vaginalis and with Neisseria gqnqrrhoeae.
