摘要
采用水力旋流器对高炉污泥进行分级,将其分为细颗粒高锌污泥和粗颗粒低锌污泥,实现了对高炉污泥的脱锌处理,研究表明这项技术是可行的,经过处理后的高炉污泥符合炼铁的要求,且污泥回收率达到了55%以上,具有较高的经济效益,值得推广利用。
It is grading to the blast furnace suUage by using a hydrocyclone, which is divided into the thin grain and thick grain, and has realized the zinc remove to the blast furnace suUage. The study has indicated that this technique is acceptable. The disposal blast furnace sullage accords with the need of the puddling iron, and the callback rate has reached 55% over, so, this technique has upper economic benefit.
