非那根协同治疗精神分裂症病人失眠的对照研究

The control study of promethazine synergia to heal schizophrenia patient is aypnia

目的 了解非那根在协同治疗精神分裂症病人失眠的疗效和发生药物依赖性失眠的可能。方法 60例有失眠症状的精神分裂症病人随机分为非那根组和舒乐安定组，治疗前及治疗后每周用茨堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评定疗效，并观察停药后有无药物依赖性失眠的发生。结果 两组疗效相近，减、停药后非那根组无发生药物依赖性失眠的病例，而舒乐安定组有6例发生。结论 精神分裂症病人失眠使用非那根较好，不易导致药物依赖性失眠。

Objective To understand the promethazine synergia to heal schizophrenia patient wakeful curative effect and the possible of to take place drug dependence aypnia, Methods The 60 case of schizophrenia patient have pervigilium was stochastical divide into promethazine group and estazolam group, use CiBao sleep quality index number measuring scale to evaluate every week at prior treatment and post -treatment,and to observe drug dependence wakeful happened at after discontinuation. Rostilts Two sets curative effect close to each other,after discontinuation the promethazine group havent case to happened drug dependence aypnia,but estazolam group have 6 case to happened, Conclusion The schizophrenia patient to aypnia to use promethazine bettedy,it is not easy to lead to drug dependence aypnia.
