摘要
目的:测定我院病房护理人员的工作时间,了解护士工作时间的分配情况。方法:采用现场记录方法对我院7个病区连续3个白天,共73个班次的各班护士的工作内容和时间进行了调查和分析。结果:护士平均有效工作时间为372.8min,直接护理时间与间接护理时间之比为1:0.72。间接护理时间中以使用电脑录入医嘱与查对及护理记录的书写所占用的时间最长。直接护理当中的卫生宣教和巡视病房的时间明显不足。结论:我院间接护理时间过多。有效的管理,合理地安排护士人力和有效的支持系统可减少不必要的间接护理时间,增加直接护理服务时间,提高护理质量。
Objective： To measure the work-hour of nursing staff in the wards in our hospital and evaluate the time cost of clinical nursing. Methods： 73 nursing day-shifts from seven wards were sampled, and the nursing work-hour and content were recorded and analyzed. Results： The average effective nursing work-hour of every shift was 372.8 minutes at day and direct nursing time VS indirect nursing time was 1：0.72. medical order by computer system and writing nursing record cost the most of indirect nursing time. The time of nurses＇ ward-inspection and health education for patients was not enough. Conclusion： The percentage of indirect nursing time was relatively large. Effective management, allocating nursing man-power reasonably and effective support system may decrease indirect nursing work-hour, increase direct nursing work-hour and promote nursing quality.
