摘要
为探讨基层医院护理服务文化的构建,采取了一些措施:加强培训,规范服务行为,再造护理服务流程,创建特色护理服务,优化服务形象。护理文化建设对护理质量、病人满意度、护士素质等方面具有较大的影响。实施前后护理质量、病人满意度、护士基础理论和技术操作、护士长绩效评分全院平均得分经统计学处理有显著性差异。护理服务文化的构建,提高了护理质量、病人满意度、护士综合素质,改善了医院形象。
Objective: To explore the establishment of nursing service culture in primary hospital. Methods: The influences of nursing cultural construction on nursing quality, patient satisfactory degree, and nurses' diathesis were analyzed before and after the innovation. Results: The nursing quality, patient satisfactory degree, basic theory knowledge and nursing techniques and skills among nurses, mean head-nurse-performance score are significantly different between before and after innovation. Conclusion: Nursing quality, patient satisfaction degree and nurse comprehensive diathesis are all improved as well as the hospital image by the construction of nursing service culture.
