摘要
以甲酸铵和葡萄糖为原料合成了2,6-脱氧果糖嗪,并用膜技术分离方法提纯了产物,用HRMS,1HNMR,13CNMR等进行表征,证实了其结构。在热分析仪上进行了热重分析和差热分析,发现该化合物从约220℃开始失重,至约320℃时,失重率约为50%。将该化合物加入卷烟,发现该化合物在卷烟燃吸时发生裂解,向烟气释放2-甲基吡嗪、2,6-二甲基吡嗪和2-乙基-6-甲基吡嗪等致香成分。
2, 6- Deoxyfructosazine was prepared from glucose and ammonium formate and isolated from the reaction mixture by membrane technology. The compound was characterized by HRMS,^1 HNMR, and ^13CNMR. Thermal analysis of the product showed that it began to decompose at 220℃, and the weight loss of it was about 50% at 320℃. GC/MS analysis of the tobacco smoke showed that it decomposed to produce 2-methylpyrazine, 2, 6-dimethylpyrazine and 2-ethyl-6-methylpyrazine in the smoke upon smoking.
