化灌中对盲孔判定问题的探讨

摘要 目前,在处理混凝土裂缝漏水中普遍采用化学灌浆,无论是工艺还是灌浆材料都较成熟。压水试验是灌浆前必须进行的一道工序,目的就是根据压水数据确定该孔有否必要进行灌浆。盲孔并不是压水时进水量为零的孔,浆液的粘度大于水,能进水的孔不一定进浆,不进浆液的孔才定义为盲孔。本文通过葠窝大坝裂缝处理中600多个灌浆孔,对压水数据与进浆量关系进行分析,分析水溶性聚氨酯化灌时判别该孔灌浆与否的界限,以节约灌浆费用。 Nowadays the chemical grouting is widely used in the treatment of concrete crack leakage, in which both technique and grouting material developed quite completely. The water pressure test must needs carry out before grouting. The blind hole defines as water filling out. In this article the authors have analyzed the relation between experimental data of water pressure and eating amount by analyzing 600 grouting holes in Senwo reservoir to distinguish whether grouting or not.
