摘要
审判委员会制度是我国独具特色的—项司法审判制度。它起源于新民主主义革命时期,但在我国各级法院内真正建立并运作是新中国成立后的事情。审判委员会在人民法院的审判工作中发挥了重要作用。但近年来,随着司法改革的不断推进,审判委员会制度的缺陷日益显露,并越来越成为实现“公正与效率”的障碍。为此,改革审判委员会制度已是当前司法体制改革的重要内容与迫切任务。
The system of Trial Committee is a judicial system with Chinese characteristics .It originated from the period of New Democratic Revolution, but it functioned itself after the founding of New China.Trial system has played an important role in trial works in People＇s Court.However, with the development of judicial reforms, weaknesses of the system are becoming more and more apparent and it has turned out to be the hurdle of ＂Justice and Efficiency＂.Therefore, the reforms of that system have been a main content and an urgent task in the reforms of judicial system.
