摘要 One of the central issues in the ongoing debates on postal reform is the fate of postal savings deposits. This service was renewed in 1986 as a measure: to attract money via the extensive postal office network. The savings then go to the central bank, which pays China Post interest at a rate higher than the current savings rates, with the difference constituting the chief revenue for China Post.
