经济先发地区新农村建设模式的思考

How to Improve the Models of Constructing a New Socialist Countryside in Developed Areas

浙江省作为经济先发地区,社会主义新农村建设起步相对较早,实践中出现了一些有地方特色的经济发展模式,主要表现为两种:农村人口适度转移;农村人口基本不转移。在新农村建设过程中,要使这两种模式更加完善与良性发展,必须更新观念、强村富民、提倡新风。

As a developed area, Zhejiang Province has begun construction of anew socialist countryside earlier, and two development models with local characteristics have emerged. Some rural areas have achieved development by transfering rural population, others have done so by not transfering rural population. We must change our old concepts, make villages prasporous and farmers rich, and advocate new trend in order to further improve the two models.
