摘要
我国土地资源管理面临困境,从行政法律关系视角来看,美国、日本和韩国等市场经济成熟国家的土地资源管理理念、主体和体制及权力(权利)结构等方面给我们很多有益启示。
Our land regulation confronts dilemma. However, the advanced experiences of America, Japan, and the South Korea can give us some valuable enlightenment.
