Ruling Validity and Partys Construction Transfer

从合法性的视阈研究党的领导和执政问题,把政治学与党的学说有机结合起来,深化了党的理论研究,是对现代民主政治和法治的回应,也有利于促进新时期党的建设的改革和转型。新中国成立以来,我们党在取得执政合法性方面又提出许多思想、观点,有许多好的做法和经验,也在实践中经历了风险考验,应该研究和总结。在新的历史条件下,为增强党执政的合法性,要从把党建设成为一个符合人民和社会进步需要的党,发挥党的先进性及领导与政治核心作用,按照社会主义民主和宪政的要求规范党的活动等方面改进、加强和创新党的建设。

The study of the ruling Party＇s leadership from an angle of validity and the combination between politics and Party theory has deepened the research in Party＇s theory, responded to modernization of democratic politics, and facilitated the reform and Party＇s construction transfer. Since the People＇s Republic of China was founded, our Party has put forward many ideas and viewpoints in terms of ruling validity and put them into practice. Our Party＇s ruling theory and practice should be studied and summarized as soon as possible in order to strengthen her ruling validity under the new historical condition. Definitely, we should strengthen and innovate Party＇s construction from the aspects as follows： ①to make our efforts to construct our Party better to meet the needs of our people and social development; ②to keep our Party moving forward and playing an essential role in its political leadership;③to standardize our Party＇s activities in accordance with socialist democracy and constitution.
