相对于国外比较完善的教育司法制度而言,我国教育司法制度建设尚处于发育阶段,有待于进一步发展和完善。为此,借鉴国外经验,查找和分析我国教育司法制度中存在的缺陷和不足,并提出相应具体的对策与措施,对于构建和完善有中国特色的教育司法制度具有重要意义。
