摘要
“为了每一位学生的发展”是我国第八次基础教育课程改革的核心理念,这一理念的确立要求原有的、过分关注“甄别与选拔”功能的教育评价体系必须向“关注学生发展”的教育评价体系转变。本文在把握新课程改革的思想精髓和辨证地认识评价思想、方法的基础上,从我国信息技术教育评价现实出发,剖析信息技术教育评价中现存问题,并给出新课程改革理念指导下的评价实践实例。
The idea that education is "for every student's development" is the core idea explicitly stated in the 8th curriculum reform on elementary education, and the establishement of the idea calls for a change in the educational evaluation system from the old one that focuses on "discrimination and selection" to the new one that focuses on the development of students. Based on the understanding of the essence of the present curriculum reform and its evaluation ideology and method, the paper first presents the reality in information technology education and then analyzes the existing problems and provides the example of conducting assessment guided by the idea of new curriculum.
