摘要
习语是民族文化的一面镜子,具有丰富的文化蕴涵。本文通过几组典型英汉习语对中西文化之差异进行了分析比较,说明英语学习时还应树立文化意识,在学习语言的同时学习文化知识。
Idioms are viewed as a mirror of a nation＇s culture. This paper is to analyze the cultural differences from some typical groups of Chinese and English idioms. It is concluded that importance should be attached to cultural aspects in language learning.
