召开延安文艺座谈会的决策过程考辨

On the Textual Research into the Decision-making Process of Holding the Yanan Seminar on Literature and Art

1942年4月2日延安文艺界问题被正式提上中共中央的议事日程,4月10日中共中央书记处会议同意毛泽东提议,决定召开延安文艺座谈会。在4月2日到4月10日的决策过程中,萧军、艾青、李又然等人都程度不等地或直接或间接为毛泽东提供过思路,而周扬则有可能为毛泽东决定以召开座谈会提出问题、讨论问题、最后作出结论的方式提供过完整的方案。

On April 2, 1942, the question of Yanan literary and art circles was taken to the agenda of the Central Committee of the CCP. On April 10 the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the CPC conference agreed with Mao Zedong＇s proposition officially, deciding to hold the seminar on Yanan literature and art. During the decision-making process from April 2 to in April 10, Xiao Jun, Ai Qing, Li Youran provided the mentality for Mao Zedong in varying extent or directly or indirectly. Maybe Zhou Yang provided the integrity plan, which helped Mao Zedong decide to hold the symposium after Mao Zedong proposed, discussed and finally drew a conclusion of the literature and art question.
