在哲学思想方面,李塨在继承颜元“气在理先”观点的基础上,进一步提出了“理在事中”的唯物一元论宇宙观;在认识论上,李提出了“行先以知”的观点;在伦理观上,李维护儒家的伦理纲常;在鬼神观上,李相信鬼神的存在并主张敬重鬼神;在人性论上,李塨主张人性本善。
