摘要
远距离教育交往理论在远程教育教学中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在远程教育条件下,教师应树立互主体意识、教学设计意识、角色转换意识、民主意识和人文教育意识,同时,还要不断提高教师专业知识素养,不断强化教师信息技术、教育科研及对话技能等素养。
Long--distance interactive theories run great function in distance education. Under the condition of distance education, the teacher should sets up interactive bulk consciousness, teaching design consciousness, the role conversion consciousness, democracy consciousness and cultural education consciousness. At the same time, teacher should enhance professional knowledge quality, information technique quality, the education research and the dialogue technical quality etc.
