摘要
用不同浓度的噻吩磺隆对玉米根尖细胞进行染毒处理。结果表明,随着噻吩磺隆浓度的增加诱发玉米根尖细胞微核率增高,有丝分裂指数降低;对其进行剂量和时间效应测定,结果表现明显的剂量和时间效应关系,显示了噻吩磺隆具有一定程度的诱变活性。
The root tip effects cells of maize were treated by Thifensulfuron-methyl of different concentrations The result shows , the cell frequency of micronucleus increase when the concentration of Thifensulfuron-methyl increases in a certain range, however, the mitotic index could decreased than the control group. The effect is determined to carry on dosage and time to it, the result displays the good dosage and time effect relation. This may be indicated that Thifensulfuron-methyl have potential of mutagenic activity.
