摘要
研究了模拟酸雨对土壤酸化及杜仲生长的影响。结果表明,一个生长季中。在1100mm酸雨淋溶下,pH3.5~5.6酸雨对土壤pH值及根系生物量影响不大,而pH3.0及2.5处理组根系生物量分别降低12.5%和43.4%。同时,土壤Al:Ca值与杜仲总生物量无显著相关性,酸雨pH值与杜仲总生物量及绿原酸、桃叶珊瑚甙和总黄酮含量呈显著正相关。表明短期胁迫下,酸雨对杜仲叶的生理生态效应是导致杜仲生长和药用有效成分含量降低的主要原因,而酸致土壤酸化除强酸雨(pH3.0、2.5)外,其余酸雨处理对其无影响。
In this paper, under the stress of simulated acid rain which precipitation were 1100 mm, the acidified soil and growth of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv were studied in a growing season. The results showed that there had no more effect on the biomass of root for pH3.5 to 5.6 but decreased 12.5& and 43. 4 % for pH3.0 and 2.5 respectively, while the total biomass were not positively correlated with the values of Al/ Ca in soil, and the total biomass and the content of chlorogenic acid, aucubin and flavonoids were positively correlated with the pH values of simulated acid rain, implying that in a short time, the ecophysiological effects on Eucommia ulmoides leaves was a important factor for simulated acid to the total biomass and the content of the drug components, and the acidified soil which caused by simulated acid except for pH3. 0 and 2.5 had no more effect on that.
