摘要
英国的双重可诉规则是一项侵权国际私法领域的重叠性多边冲突规则,对包括中国在内的许多国家的侵权国际私法产生了重要影响。研究其演变及背景,对于理解侵权冲突法的发展脉络,完善我国的侵权冲突法立法有重要的借鉴意义。
The double actionability rule in England was once very important in the international private law. It also has a huge influence on China. The research on the evolvement of it will be very useful to understand the conflict law and to improve our legislation.
