对于如何理解和适用《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百六十九条规定的转化型抢劫罪的前提条件、客观条件、主观条件,在刑法理论界与司法实践中存在较大争议。应予以澄清。

The main purpose of this paper is to treat the applicable conditions of robbery＇s transformation item 269 of Digest of Criminal Law. And the paper also emphasizes the precondition; objective and subjective conditions of robbery＇s transformation, meanwhile different opinions are analyzed and expounded as well. And author＇s own conclusion about the issue is drawn finally.
