摘要
采用透射电镜观察法,研究羊小肠吸收机能状态毛细淋巴管的超微结构。处于吸收机能状态的毛细淋巴管由单层内皮细胞构成,内皮细胞的周围无基膜或基膜不连续。内皮细胞间连接形式复杂,最多见于复杂的多突起交错连接。无论何种连接形式,其相接处均极为紧密,未见呈开放状态。内皮细胞的胞质内有大量的囊泡,内皮表面的胞饮和胞吐现象极为显著。毛细淋巴管的吸收机制很可能或主要是通过管壁内皮细胞的胞饮胞吐及扩散作用完成,内皮细胞间的连接处也参与物质运输,但并非主通道。
The lymphatic capillaries with absorbing function expanded and the cavity was full of micro- granular substane.The lymphaic capillaries without membrane bosilris and with disconnected membrane basilaris consisted of one layer endothelial cells.Connective forms between endothelial cells were varied.All junctional parts were tight and open status was not seen.Pinocytosis and ex- ocytosis of endothelial surface were prominent.These results suggested that the absorption mech- anism functions by pinocytosis,exocytosis and permeative function and junctional part of endothe- lial cells also was involved in the substance transportion,but didn't act as(main channels).
