树舌合剂抗脂质过氧化及对冻融蟾蜍胃 AKPase 组化观察

摘要 本实验采用日本产显微镜和中国上海产722分光光度计分别观察测定了冻融蟾蜍胃组织 AKPase 活力。全血 GSH—Px 活力,血浆 LPO 和红细胞 MDA 含量,及树舌合剂的保护效应。结果表明:药物复温组 LPO 和 MDA 含量显著低于对照组,GSH—Px 活力显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。胃组织 AKPase 活力显著高于对照组呈强阳性。结果提示:树舌合剂具有抗脂质过氧化,保护GSH—Px 酶活力功能。对冻融胃组织能间接提高机体清除超氧自由基和羟自由基的能力。这为临床医学及器官移植提供了丰富物质资源和理论基础。 The AKPase activity of the stomach,the GSH-px activity of whole blood,and the levels of plasma LOP and MDA of red blood cells in the freezing-thawing toad were measured using the olympus microscope and 722-uv-spectrameter.The results showed that the LPO and MDA lev- els were much lower and GSH-px activity and the stomach AKPase activity.much higher in the test group than in the control(P<0.01).It is suggested that Ganderma applanlantum mixture has the anti-peroxydation of lipids,the protection of GSH—px—ase activity and the increase in the ability to clear oxygen free redical and hydroxy free redical of the body.thereby providing material resource and theoretical fundation for the transplantion of the organs.
