摘要
本工作在反应堆控制棒可移动线圈电磁驱动机构工程样机实验台架上,进行了电磁铁刚度实验。获得了不同保持电流工况下的平均刚度值:3 A时,平均刚度值为129 N/mm;3.5 A时,为136 N/mm;4 A时,为152 N/mm;4.5 A时,为168 N/mm;5 A时,为164 N/mm,稍低于4.5 A时的平均刚度值。随着保持电流的增加,平均刚度值呈现先增加尔后又下降的变化趋势。温度升高对刚度值有影响。
This work drive mechanism for engineering follows : 12 4.5 A, 164 temperature concerns in the rigidity experiment of coil-moveable electromagnetic reactor control rod. It was carried out on experimental stage of the prototype. The calculated average rigidity values at various currents are as 9 N/mm for 3 A, 136 N/mm for 3.5 A, 152 N/mm for 4 A, 168 N/mm for N/mm for 5 A. The rigidity linearly increases with the coil's current. The coil's influences the rigidity, and the high coil's temperature can reduce the rigidity.
