摘要
本文采用双波长扫描法测定决明子蒽醌—大黄素、大黄酚、芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚含量,变移系数为0.95%,准确率为99%。
The double wavelength thin layer scanning method was used to determine the content of an- thraquinones included emodin,chrysophanol,aloeemodin and physeion.The result showed that the coefficient of variation was 0.95% and the rate of accuracy was 99%.
