摘要 采用磷酸三丁酯-聚偏氟乙烯反相分配色层分离法使Al,Ca,Co,Cr,Fe,Mg,Mn,Mo,Ni,Sn,Ti,V,Gd与U分离,用电感耦舍等离子体原子发射光谱法测定Al,Ca,Co,Cr,Fe,Mg,Mn,Mo,Ni,Sn,Ti和V12种元素,大量Gd不干扰。取样100mg时,测定范围为20~640μg/g。方法已用于可燃毒物(Gd,U)O2中上述12种微量元素测定。回收率在94%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.6%~9.2%。 Al,Ca, Co, Fe, Cr, Mg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Sn, Ti, V and Gd are separated from uranium in burnable poison (Gd, U)O2 sample by reversed phase chromatography with tributyl phosphate-poly vinylidene fluoride, then twelve micro elements, i. e. Al, Ca, Co, Fe, Cr, Mg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Sn, Ti and V are determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. Larger quantities of Gd do not interfere with the determination. When the mass of sample is 100 mg, the determing range is 20 - 640 μg/g. The method has been applied to the determination of above-mentioned twelve micro elements in burnable poison (Gd, U)O2 with addition standard recovery of 94 % - 110 % and relative standard deviation of 4.6 % - 9.2 %.
