摘要
以柠檬酸为电解液,纸上高压电泳法分离稀土元素钇、镧、镥,分离后的稀土离子在纸上与桑色素(morin)形成络合物,用426nm激发光照射,纸上络合物产生荧光,在494nm处测定荧光强度。Y^3+,La^3+和Lu^3+的质量浓度分别在0.1~30ng/μL,0.5~50ng/μL和0.15~40ng/μL范围内与荧光强度成良好的线性关系;检出限分别为0.03,0.15,0.045ng/μL。方法试液用量少,操作简单,已成功用于分离、测定舍成试样中钇、镧、镥。
Mixed rare-earth metal ions of Y^3+ , La^3+ , Lu^3+, are separated in the medium of citric acid by high voltage paper electrophoresis. These complexes of Y^3 + , La^3 + , Lu^3 + with morin (2', 3,4', 5,7-pentahydroxyflavone) are irradiated with an exciting light at 426 nm to produce a fluorescence on the filter paper,and then the fluorescence intensity of the complexes on the filter paper were determined at the wavelength of 494 nm. The detection limits of Y^3+ , La^3+ , Lu^3 + are 0.30,0.15,0. 045 ng/μL respectively. The method had been successfully applied to the determination of Y, La, Lu in synthetic samples of mixed rare- earth.
